Shipping, Handling, Refund/Returns information
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST (Goods & Services Tax).
We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 24 - 72hrs from receipt of your order and payment. You will be sent an email notifying you when goods are despatched.

Orders within Australia

A flat rate of $8.95 will be charged for orders upto $70.00. Orders over $70.00 will be FREE of postage.

We use Australia Post regular mail or Parcel Post for our domestic customers. Some goods may require a signature and if there is no one available at the time of delivery your parcel maybe taken to your local post office for you to collect at a more convenient time and a card will be left advising you of this.

If you would like your goods registered mail, then advise us when placing your order and we will let you know what the cost will be.

Orders to Overseas

All international orders will incur the cost of the postage fee and will be invoiced for this amount. All international orders will be posted through Australia Post.

Payment

We accept the following payment options; PayPal, Visa and Mastercard for phone and email orders. 

Out of Stock items

From time to time there maybe some items out of stock. You will be contacted to ask if you would like a replacement or you will have the option to have your order held until stock arrives.

Refund/Returns Policy

Scrap 2 Relax returns policy is a 14 day money back guarantee for all items. For international orders the returns policy is 30 days.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you must advise us within 14 days for domestic customers and 30 days for international customers from date of invoice.
