All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars ($AUS) and include GST (Goods & Services Tax).

We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 4 working days from receipt of your order and payment. You will be sent an email notifying you when goods are despatched.

Orders within Australia
A flat rate of $7.00 will be charged for orders within Australia. Orders must be $50.00 and over. Orders over $150.00 are free of postage.

We use Australia Post regular mail or Parcel Post for our domestic customers. Some goods may require a signature and if there is no one available at the time of delivery your parcel maybe taken to your local post office for you to collect at a more convenient time and a card will be left advising you of this.

If you would like your goods registered mail, then advise us when placing your order and we will let you know what the cost will be. All international orders will incur a postage fee of $15.95. All international orders will be posted through Australia Post by Airmail.

Payment
We accept the following credit cards, Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will be processed through PayPal a secure online payment method. Australian customers can also pay by bank deposit or cheque/money order.

Out of Stock items
From time to time there maybe some items out of stock. You will be contacted to ask if you would like a replacement or you will have the option to have your order held until stock arrives.

Refund/Returns Policy
Scrap 2 Relax returns policy is a 14 day money back guarantee for all items. For international orders the returns policy is 30 days.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you must advise us within 14 days for domestic customers and 30 days for international customers from date of invoice.

All goods must be returned in original packaging, and in an as-sold, original packaging, seals unbroken, re-saleable item condition. We will not refund postage and handling or pay for return postage. Upon receipt of goods one of our staff will telephone to confirm your credit card details for credit of the returned item(s) value.
